We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient for us to explore the area. We also loved the fact that there was a farm nearby where we could go fruit picking. The hotel itself was stunning, with spacious rooms and luxurious amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always available to assist us with any requests we had. The onsen facilities were another highlight, with both indoor and outdoor options available. We also enjoyed the nightly drumming show in the lobby. we had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always accommodating our requests. the hotel location was convenient, as it was close to a shopping mall and a train station. the buffet breakfast was very delicious, with many options to choose from.
The room we stayed in was not the best. the noise insulation wasn't great, so we could hear some of the other guests being loud.

Located in the heart of Isawa onsen area, and a few minutes' walk from the train station, which is convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. the rooms are tidy, with traditional futon bedding and all the necessary amenities. the onsen is a highlight of the hotel with both indoor and outdoor options. Breakfast is a treat with a range of options, from Japanese to western-style foods.
The communication with staff is limited as English is not their first language.

My stay at a traditional ryokan in Isawa onsen was excellent. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome and a delicious keiseki dinner served in the room. The onsen was beautiful, especially the outdoor one. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great meal, Convenient location
Had a nice meal and the location was very handy with a nearby supermarket. The train station was also a short walk away.
Most of the staff didn't speak English, making it hard to communicate. The hotel wasn't traditional enough for me, it felt too modern and didn't have much Japanese atmosphere.
